WHAT’S YOUR OVERALL DESIGN VISION FOR THE BOWERY?

Our vision for The Bowery is a space where design and art intersect. Contemporary modern interiors with unexpected moments of eclecticism that surprise and delight through bespoke, one-of-a-kind elements; each space with its own unique character and slightly industrial flavour, similar to an NYC boutique hotel.

WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT THE BOWERY LOBBY?

Its unique sense of arrival — a majestic hotelstyle entrance with a dramatic, contemporary 2-storey lobby. Feature elements highlight key areas and create memorable vistas. Diverse seating styles provide the perfect spot to meet friends or lounge.

WHAT’S YOUR RATIONALE FOR JUXTAPOSING THE POOL WITH THE SAUNA AND FITNESS CENTRE?

To provide a seamless flow between workout and leisure. Lounge by the sleek Euro style pool with your neighbours and friends. After a revitalizing yoga session in your gym, you can relax in the co-ed sauna.

WHAT’S THE DESIGN THEME FOR THE BOWERY’S AMENITY AREAS?

Facilitating social interaction with a touch of active, vibrant living. The lifestyle amenities are situated at the top of the building to take full advantage of the views to downtown and beyond. The rooftop party room is fashioned after a sophisticated pub tavern. Formal leather banquette seating in contrast with casual ottoman seating, a backdrop of wood paneling and rich textures sets the tone.

WHAT ENTERTAINING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS OF THE BOWERY?

With a catering kitchen close by, the party room is great for hosting a large gathering or having a few friends over for game day. Bold graphics and lighting featured in key areas provide dimension and focus. The flexible dining and meeting room can be open to the party room for larger parties or closed off for private functions.
